In prior rounds of troubleshooting this PC, unrelated to this current round, the drivers that windows pulled up on it’s own were sufficient, near as I can remember.

As for getting the exact drivers, the installation auudio from the Realtec website seemed exceedingly similar to the bundle that I downloaded from MSI.

Updating your BIOS will have no effect on the problem your having.

Only the PC manufacturer has these custom-made drivers, so drivers from elsewhere, although they may have a similar name, will not work. As a guest, you can browse and view the various discussions in the forums, but can not create a new topic or reply to an existing one unless you are logged in.
Only if it’s the latter do you get it from the device manufacturer’s website. The basic problem is that I’m not getting.
